As they continue to expand their footprint across Western Massachusetts, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team and lead projects from the ground up.
Description
Superintendent - Ground Up / Mixed Use - Greenfield, MA - Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the field operations for the ground-up mixed-use project.
- Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and construction teams.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain strong communication with the project team, including project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Oversee scheduling, progress tracking, and material management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and resolve issues.
- Assist with project documentation and reporting as required.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and subcontractors.

Job Offer
Superintendent - Ground Up / Mixed Use - Greenfield, MA - Will receive
- $90,000 - $125,000 base salary plus 10% discretionary bonus.
- 401(k) with 4% company match, profit sharing, medical, dental, life insurance, and more.
- 3 weeks of PTO, 56 hours of company holidays, plus 8 hours floating holiday.
- Company truck, gas card, and hotel accommodations if your commute is over 1 hour 30 minutes.
