IT Enterprise Support Technician
The IT Enterprise Support Technician is primarily responsible for the IT systems, end-user support, software, and related infrastructure for the company. This includes routine maintenance of all physical devices e.g. desktops, laptops, printers and monitors, along with end-user applications and software packages

Description
The IT Enterprise Support Technician is responsible for:
- Monitor help desk ticketing system and troubleshoot L1 & L2 issues
- PC deployment (imaging, communication, setup)
- Deployment of end-user equipment (Monitors, Printers, Phones, etc).
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of end-user applications
- Utilize and improve remote PC management (RMM) processes and toolsets
- Deploy and service essential software packages
- Support for on-prem Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Work as a change agent with in the company
- Provide training on new systems
- Educate users on features and functions of devices that will increase productivity
- Empower the work force by providing reliable tools
- When necessary assist in the management of vendors and consultants.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
Profile
A successful candidate for the IT Enterprise Support technician is somoeone who is:
- At minimum 5 years working as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar position)
- At minimum 5 years working in an End-User support capacity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting executive leadership.
- Experience supporting remote workforce and satellite locations.
- Ability to travel (Up to 20%).
