Description

  • Oversee daily onsite operations for K‑12 and Higher Ed construction projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, site sequencing, and all field activities.
  • Conduct site walks and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and education‑specific project details.
  • Lead coordination meetings with school districts, colleges, and design teams.
  • Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and field documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with state, local, and educational facility standards.
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
  • Travel full‑time to project locations across the U.S.

Profile

  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in K‑12 or Higher Ed construction.
  • Skilled in managing ground‑up institutional buildings and campus renovations.
  • Strong understanding of safety compliance, inspections, and educational facility codes.
  • Able to read detailed drawings and coordinate complex multi‑trade environments.
  • Excellent communicator; able to work with school boards, architects, inspectors, and PM teams.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable traveling extensively for long‑term assignments.
  • Stable job history with consistent project completions.
