Description

  • Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion
  • Drive project schedules to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job site in compliance with OSHA standards
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Inspect work regularly to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and quality standards
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep the project moving forward
  • Lead site meetings and create daily reports to track project progress and address concerns

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction, with a strong track record of delivering concrete podium and wrap projects
  • Extensive knowledge of construction sequencing, safety regulations, building codes, and site logistics
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors effectively
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with ownership, project managers, and field staff
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and solve problems on site
  • Hands-on and proactive with a 'lead by example' approach
  • Resilient and steady under pressure, with the ability to maintain control of fast-paced, high-value projects
  • Committed to quality and safety, with a reputation for running clean, well-managed job sites
