Global non-profit with incredible mission is seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that support employee growth, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across our global footprint.

Description

• Develop and execute a global L&D strategy that supports employee development, leadership growth, and performance improvement
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (in-person, virtual, and blended) across diverse geographies and cultures
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
• Manage learning platforms and tools; evaluate and implement new technologies as needed
• Track and report on learning outcomes, engagement, and impact
• Support onboarding, compliance training, and career development initiatives
• Build internal capacity through train-the-trainer programs and coaching
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all learning materials and delivery methods

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in L&D, talent development, or organizational development
• Experience working in global or multicultural environments, ideally within the nonprofit or social impact sector
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and across time zones
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
