RSM- Midwest- Material Handling and Auxiliaries
The RSM- Midwest- Material Handling and Auxiliaries will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the industrial and manufacturing industry. This role requires a strong understanding of material handling and auxiliary equipment to Position our client as the 'Auxiliaries Expert' in the market

Description
Sales & Business Development
- Develop annual business plan (sales goals, margin targets, marketing).
- Create yearly target account lists and analyze account penetration.
- Build OEM relationships.
- Make customer sales calls and support field sales efforts.
- Close sales and manage opportunities.
- Manage and qualify new project opportunities.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Maintain customer/market databases.
- Assess product market share by group.
- Conduct competitive product research and pricing analysis.
- Track quotations, proposals, shipments, and customer destinations.
Marketing & Promotion
- Oversee marketing segments (print, shows, direct mail, telemarketing).
- Participate in seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Conduct technical seminars/papers to promote Wittmann expertise.
Product & Application Support
- Provide feedback on product development and enhancements.
- Recommend product modifications to improve features/cost/service life.
- Support inside sales with accurate costing.
- Participate in application sizing.
Profile
A successful RSM- Midwest- Material Handling and Auxiliaries should have:
- A strong background in sales within the industrial and manufacturing industry (5-7 years).
- In-depth knowledge of material handling and auxiliary equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- The ability to work independently while achieving sales targets and managing a large territory.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
