The General Manager will hold full P&L responsibility at a growing, multi-site Aerospace manufacturing company. You will also be responsible for overseeing large scale LEAN projects.

My client is a multi-site Aerospace manufacturing company in search of a General Manager.

Description

You will report directly into the CEO and have the opportunity to:

• Leading and aligning multi-site operations to meet strategic goals in production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across facilities to enhance productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Overseeing cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and resource allocation.
• Managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures, to achieve profitability targets.
• Fostering a strong company culture focused on accountability, innovation, and employee development across all sites.

Profile

A successful candidate will have:

• 15+ years of Engineering Leadership experience
• Multi-site P&L responsibility
• Aerospace background
• LEAN Six Sigma track record
• ERP system knowledge
