Senior Superintendent | Public Works Construction | Fresno
The Senior Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who has a background in public works construction, especially multi-story work.

Our client is a well-established, family-owned General Contractor with over four decades of experience delivering high-quality public works projects across the Central Valley. With a strong reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and long-standing client relationships, they specialize in K-12 and higher education construction, including both ground-up and modernization work.

Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from ground breaking to project closeout.
- Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Manage daily site operations including scheduling, logistics, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings and ensure timely communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor productivity and enforce safety and quality standards throughout the duration of the project.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
