Description

Reporting into an industry leading project management team in Tulsa, the construction superintendent will be solely responsible for covering the businesses growing pipeline of projects. in addition to that you will be focused on, but not limited to:

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

The successful candidate must posses significant project based experience in the local Tulsa Market. In addition you must also have:

• GROUND UP COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Commercial Construction experience- Healthcare, Education, office, recreational, etc
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent
• Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.

Job Offer

• Base salary upwards of $95,000 - $110,000 plus per diem, travel reimbursement, project bonuses, and trips back home every two weeks.
