Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage and mentor recruitment team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
