Our client is a family-owned manufacturing company headquartered in Chicago, specializing in chairs, barstools, and swivel components for both residential and commercial markets. Established in the early 1900s, the company has grown from a metal products manufacturer into a global supplier of customizable seating solutions and is now one of the largest swivel manufacturers in the United States. • Industrial engineering or similar technical degree preferred
• 3-5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing
• Experience with general fabrication - CNC, Lathes, mills, bending, presses, etc
• Familiarity with Tool and Die making
• Familiarity with quality control
• Strong Lean/CI experience
• Experience with wood, metal, and plastic fabrication a plus
• Exposure to electrical schematics a plus

A successful Industrial Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• A background in engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment and production workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Offer

• Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience level
