Commercial Superintendent

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for large-scale projects. As a key leader on the job site, you'll ensure that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, and a commitment to keeping projects moving efficiently and safely from start to finish.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to maintain productivity and address any challenges.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets, adjusting resources as needed to meet milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety and quality, resolving any issues that arise.
• Communicate progress and updates to project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Profile

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and blueprint interpretation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
