Construction Scheduler

We are a well-established construction management firm specializing in building and construction in the public sector, with a portfolio that includes municipal buildings, infrastructure improvements, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions around the Los Angeles Metro Area. Our team is passionate about delivering quality work with integrity, precision, and innovation and are looking for a construction scheduler to join our ranks.
Description
Develop, update, and manage construction schedules for public works projects using Primavera P6 or equivalent software
Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and realistic timelines
Analyze schedule progress and identify potential delays or risks
Support monthly reporting and schedule analysis for client presentations
Maintain detailed documentation for compliance and project tracking
Ensure all scheduling activities meet public agency standards, including OSHPD and DSA requirements
Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction scheduler, specifically in public works projects
Strong knowledge of OSHPD regulations and scheduling requirements
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other industry-standard scheduling tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to project needs across LA and Orange County
Experience working with municipalities or public agencies is highly preferred
Job Offer
Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
