We are a well-established construction management firm specializing in building and construction in the public sector, with a portfolio that includes municipal buildings, infrastructure improvements, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions around the Los Angeles Metro Area. Description

• Develop, update, and manage construction schedules for public works projects using Primavera P6 or equivalent software

• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and realistic timelines

• Analyze schedule progress and identify potential delays or risks

• Support monthly reporting and schedule analysis for client presentations

• Maintain detailed documentation for compliance and project tracking

• Ensure all scheduling activities meet public agency standards, including OSHPD and DSA requirements

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction scheduler, specifically in public works projects

• Strong knowledge of OSHPD regulations and scheduling requirements

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other industry-standard scheduling tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to project needs across LA and Orange County

• Experience working with municipalities or public agencies is highly preferred
