Safety Manager
The Safety Manager will oversee and ensure a safe work environment within the construction department of the property industry, specifically within life sciences projects. This role is based in San Francisco and requires expertise in safety protocols and compliance.

Description
- Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and protocols for construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, providing thorough reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Maintain and update safety documentation and records as required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of safety equipment on-site.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to safety regulations.

Profile
A successful Safety Manager should have:
