Technical Business Analyst, Alternative Investments
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a solid understanding of Business Intelligence platforms like Tableau and Power BI. Our client requires a candidate proficient in programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.

A Wealth Management Firm known for its extensive range of financial products and services, including asset management, risk management, and advisory services.
Description
- Document data architecture, workflows, and Go-Live criteria while preparing a comprehensive runbook for future fund onboarding.
- Develop and implement a training plan for internal teams, ensuring a smooth knowledge transfer process.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change management initiatives to enhance system adoption.
- Leverage expertise in accounting platforms, with a preference for experience in Arcesium or Everest.
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with a strong foundation in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI, with familiarity in SQL, R, and Python as an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and documentation.

Three days are required onsite in NYC!
