Description
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance and facilities, from preventive maintenance programs to troubleshooting equipment. The Facilities Manager will lead teams, oversee building systems, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and facility projects from quoting to completion.
- Lead and coach maintenance teams to improve reliability and documentation.
Profile
The ideal Facilities Manager brings hands-on experience with CNC machinery and a proven track record in industrial maintenance leadership. They are comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and compliance requirements while driving a culture of safety and reliability.
- 5+ years in industrial maintenance, including leadership experience.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and OSHA safety standards.
