Michael Page US - Senior Staff Accountant
This role supports the full accounting cycle for a restaurant group, including reconciliations, reporting, and monthly close tasks. It requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with restaurant managers, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Well-established hospitality group with multiple restaurant locations, known for its evolving environment and focus on high-quality service and operations. They offer a collaborative team environment and are looking for someone to support their finance function as they continue to expand.
Description
Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and monthly close process
Prepare and analyze monthly income statements and balance sheets
Perform reconciliations (sales, bank, credit card, delivery platforms)
Coordinate with restaurant managers to address financial questions and ensure accurate reporting
Handle accounts payable and process accruals and amortization of prepaid expenses
Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and make necessary adjustments
Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting
Profile
3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or retail
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software (Compeat or R365 a plus)
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-oriented
