Description

• Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and monthly close process

• Prepare and analyze monthly income statements and balance sheets

• Perform reconciliations (sales, bank, credit card, delivery platforms)

• Coordinate with restaurant managers to address financial questions and ensure accurate reporting

• Handle accounts payable and process accruals and amortization of prepaid expenses

• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and make necessary adjustments

• Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting

Profile

• 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or retail

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software (Compeat or R365 a plus)

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels

• Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-oriented
