Description

As a Superintendent, you will be the on‑site leader reporting directly to the Project Manager and Operations team. You will oversee all day‑to‑day construction operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

• Lead all on‑site construction activities for multifamily ground‑up projects
• Coordinate daily operations with project management, subcontractors, and vendors
• Enforce rigorous safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety
• Maintain high-quality control standards and ensure exceptional craftsmanship
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, addressing issues proactively
• Oversee documentation including daily logs, materials tracking, and cost reports
• Build strong working relationships to ensure smooth project delivery

Profile

For the Superintendent position, we are seeking:

• 5+ years of construction leadership experience in multifamily or commercial projects
• Proven track record delivering ground‑up projects in the $20M+ range
• Strong understanding of scheduling, safety protocols, and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and communication
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools
• A proactive, solutions‑driven approach with strong problem‑solving skills
