Description

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations for commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, schedule, and safety standards are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Profile

• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Retail, QSR, Restaurant, Medical, Automotive, or Education sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining project schedules and quality.
