Fund Accounting Manager- PE
We are seeking an experienced Fund Accounting professional with strong private equity expertise to manage fund accounting and financial reporting on a contract basis. This role requires a manager-level or above candidate who can hit the ground running and deliver accurate, timely results for complex private equity structures.

Description
- Oversee fund accounting operations for private equity funds, including NAV calculations, investor allocations, and expense accruals.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Manage quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, administrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Profile
- Minimum 5-8 years in fund accounting and financial reporting, with a strong focus on private equity funds.
- Manager or above (Senior Manager to Associate Director considered).
- Deep understanding of private equity structures, waterfall calculations, and partnership accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
