My client is a mid-sized General Contractor with 20+ years of experience inf the Greater St. Louis area. They provide quality general contracting services in multiple markets such as health care, higher education, multifamily, and municipal. Due to their consistent success, they are willing to branch out across the board for work. With this company growth in mind, they are in high demand for new leadership and are anticipating help for the end of the year. They've been fortunate enough to grow as a firm and average revenue in the $150M area. They offer competitive compensation packages, unmatched flexibility, and 95% of their work is within 2 hours of the St. Louis area.
Description
- Meet with clients regularly from initial bid stage all the way through completion
- Join meetings and provide project updates based on the scopes you're overseeing
- Work with the field crew to assess necessary scheduling, material, and budgetary updates
- Collect and assist with reviewing change orders
- Keep organized and up to date on the project
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site
Profile
- 1+ years of experience working for a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree required
- Hands on construction experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to advance within the organization
- Great work ethic
Job Offer
- Base salary $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
