Superintendent - Design/Build - Greater Milwaukee

My client is looking for a client-facing superintendent to join their team. They are an award-winning design/build who specializes in light commercial projects. They operate as a fully integrated design/build contractor and take projects from idea to new structure. Description

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and update project schedules.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Ensure construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality and code compliance.
• Address and resolve construction-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project team members and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Generate and present regular reports on project status.

Profile

• Interest in interacting with clients/owners
• Effictive communicator who can interface with archirques
• Easy-going, self-motivated, honest, and collaborative
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction field
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
• Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
• Strong management ability
