Superintendent - Design/Build - Greater Milwaukee
My client is looking for a client-facing superintendent to join their team. They are an award-winning design/build who specializes in light commercial projects. They operate as a fully integrated design/build contractor and take projects from idea to new structure. Description
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities.
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and update project schedules.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ensure construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections for quality and code compliance.
- Address and resolve construction-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project team members and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to on-site staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Generate and present regular reports on project status.
Profile
- Interest in interacting with clients/owners
- Effictive communicator who can interface with archirques
- Easy-going, self-motivated, honest, and collaborative
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction field
- Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
- Strong management ability
