Senior Project Manager - Denver
Our client is looking for an Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to join their team in the Denver Metro Area. This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to both ground up commercial and large multifamily projects.

Our client is a national general contractor with over 150 year history of innovation and quality work. They have grown to be one of the industry leaders in multifamily and commercial construction.
Description
- Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
- Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
- Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates
- Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration
- Assist with pre-qualification process for bidders, develop and solicit responses to RFP's/RFQ's, assist the owner in selecting the appropriate project delivery method
- Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
- Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders
Profile
The Project Manager - Construction will:
- 9-13 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
- Completed project values of $50M+
- Have experience in multiple fields of multifamily construction preferred (garden style, wrap, podium, mid rise, ect.)
- Working knowledge of construction technology and details
- Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Bring Business Development Opportunities to the team
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Good time management skills
