Description

Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation and Support

• Lead or support the implementation, customization, and optimization of D365 Finance & Operations modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Configure D365 F&O modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless functionality.
• Provide user training and documentation to empower teams to utilize D365 F&O effectively.
• Stay updated on D365 F&O features and recommend enhancements to maximize ROI.

Finance and Accounting Expertise

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure D365 configurations align with industry standards and internal policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and audits by leveraging D365 F&O functionalities.
• Act as a bridge between IT and finance, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
• Drive process improvements in areas like expense management, cost accounting, and financial planning using ERP capabilities.

Project Management and Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop tailored solutions within D365 F&O.
• Manage end-to-end ERP-related projects, from scoping and planning to delivery and post-implementation review.
• Liaise with external vendors and consultants to ensure successful system integrations and upgrades.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Dynamics 365 F&O (preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating workflows, dashboards, and custom reports in D365.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global and multicultural environments.

This role cannot provide any form of sponsorship and the individual must be comfortable traveling 50% of the time!
