Superintendent

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up custom home construction and high-end renovations, with the ability to manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Description

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following

• Oversee daily on-site operations for custom home builds and renovation projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors.
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports.
• Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve delays or conflicts.
• Uphold the company's reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction.
• Proven track record managing luxury custom home builds and renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with project management tools and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
