LIHTC Business Analyst/Project Manager
The LIHTC Business Analyst/Project Manager will oversee and manage key projects in the property industry, ensuring compliance and efficiency. This role requires expertise in analyzing and managing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects and delivering successful outcomes.

This opportunity is with a nationally recognized affordable housing investment firm specializing in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity. The firm manages institutional capital across a diversified, multi-state portfolio of affordable housing developments.
Description
- Manage and oversee LIHTC projects from initiation to completion.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of project data and financials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet organizational objectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices.

Profile
A successful LIHTC Business Analyst/Project Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs.
