Description

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on-site.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction crews to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site problem-solving and decision-making.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in the property construction industry, with a focus on project supervision.
