Profile
Extensive Field Experience: Over 10 years of practical civil construction experience, ensuring a robust foundation in industry practices.
Leadership and Team Collaboration: Proven ability to inspire and coordinate construction teams-including subcontractors and laborers-to maintain efficient workflows and meet project timelines.
Strategic Project Management: Expertise in planning, scheduling, and overseeing projects to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
Safety-First Mindset: Deep understanding of safety regulations and protocols, with a steadfast commitment to upholding a secure and accident-free work environment-one of the firm's core values.
Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage seamlessly with clients, engineers, and team members, fostering clarity and collaboration.

Job Offer
- Base salary between $130-150K
