My client is looking for experienced RF Engineers to join their team in Hanover Park. This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing radio frequency systems within the Technology & Telecoms industry.

Description
Position Overview
My client is seeking an experienced RF Amplifier Design Engineer to design and develop RF power amplifier modules using GaN transistor technology. This engineer will play a key role in advancing their high‑power product line, working closely with senior technical leaders on full life‑cycle design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RF power amplifier modules (minimum 20W RF output using GaN devices).
- Perform circuit simulations using ADS or Microwave Office.
- Lead development, optimization, and testing of high‑power RF assemblies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams on system‑level integration.
- Support design reviews, prototype builds, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Profile
- 5+ years of RF amplifier design experience (required).
- Experience with GaN‑based RF power amplifier design (20W+).
- Proficiency in ADS or Microwave Office simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of RF circuits, impedance matching, and high‑power device behavior.
- Candidates with 15+ years of specialized RF amplifier design experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Offer
- Salary range: $95,000+, depending on experience.(Highly experienced engineers (15+ years in RF amplifier design): $125,000+.)
