Senior Project Manager | Custom Residential
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager candidate to lead high-end residential construction projects in the Twin-Cities. This is a strategic growth hire with the opportunity to manage and expand a luxury-focused division.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established custom homebuilder based in Minneapolis, MN, known for crafting some of the most ornate and high-profile residences in the region. With a team of around 100 professionals and a portfolio that includes new construction homes valued between $5M-$10M, they are expanding their footprint in the Minnesota market.
Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to the leadership team and oversee multiple luxury residential projects in Minneapolis. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing division and work on architecturally significant homes.Responsibilities
- Lead construction of custom homes, townhomes, condos, and high-end apartments
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project vision is executed
- Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
- Drive division growth and help shape strategic direction
- Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope
Profile
Senior Project Manager will have:
- 5+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction
- Proven track record managing $1M+ projects in urban environments
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with Procore, BIM 360, and luxury construction workflows
Job Offer
Senior Project Manager will receive:
- Base salary up to $125K
- Bonus potential of 15-20% (total comp can exceed $200K+)
- 3 weeks PTO
