Onsite QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our client's front-office team in an ONSITE capacity in Midtown Manhattan to support the delivery of high-priority and high-visibility projects. This Analyst will be responsible for ensuring products meet the highest standards by identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality throughout the SDLC.

Description

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the quality of technology systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and work on solutions for improvement.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Communicate test results and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to quality assurance.

Profile

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience, including support for technology implementations or change management initiatives.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in automated testing and related tools (e.g., Selenium, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, Java); strong knowledge of Excel and SQL preferred.

• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical and quantitative skills to ensure accuracy and high-quality outcomes.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team environment.

• Organization & Initiative: Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks independently, showing strong initiative, attention to detail, and motivation to excel.
