Project Engineer - Multifamily
The Project Engineer - Multifamily will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects within the multifamily and hospitality sector. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Coordinate and oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project standards are achieved.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.

Profile
A successful Project Engineer - Multifamily should have:
- A background in construction management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of multifamily construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, this team utilizes Primavera and Autodesk.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 USD.
- Traveling positions will come with per diem and housing. Apartment is most likely but would also consider hotel. Case by case on traveler's individual needs. (Most Projects are Denver based, however they have upcoming work in New Mexico)
