Construction Project Manager - Education/Municipal Projects

Responsible for managing on-site operations for educational/municipal facilities construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. This role includes overseeing subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the project.

Description

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Establish and uphold safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor project milestones, resolve issues quickly, and prevent potential delays.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
