Night Superintendent

A national GC with an immediate need for a Superintendent to oversee an active Courthouse. This is a long-term, night shift position, ideal for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in complex renovation projects.

Description

• Oversee all on-site activities during night shifts to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specs

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedule and quality standards

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and site security requirements

• Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, and inspectors to ensure alignment on project goals and progress

• Conduct daily jobsite walk-throughs and documentation, including logs, reports, and safety checks

• Ensure materials and equipment are in place for scheduled work, anticipating and resolving potential delays

• Proactively address and resolve issues in the field to minimize disruptions

• Manage inspections and approvals as needed for phased project completion

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial renovation projects, ideally within secure, government, or occupied facilities

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety and quality control

• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure work is executed on schedule and within scope

• Comfortable working night shifts for the duration of the project

• Must be able to pass an extensive federal background check

Job Offer

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 DOE + comprehensive project bonuses
