Description

The Project Manager - Multifamily Renovation - Baltimore will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the renovation project from start to finish, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Profile

The Project Manager - Multifamily Renovation - Baltimore will have the following qualifications:

• 5-10 years of project management experience in multifamily renovations
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of a project, from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
