The Traveling Superintendent - Public Projects - North & South Carolina will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Supervising and managing construction teams, subcontractors, and personnel to promote collaboration and efficiency
- Providing strong leadership and direction to meet project objectives and uphold company standards
- Communicating project expectations, updates, and changes clearly to all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams
- Conducting regular meetings to assess project progress and address any emerging issues
- Enforcing quality standards for construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Performing inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols on-site to guarantee a secure working environment
- Leading regular safety meetings and inspections to foster a culture of safety and compliance
- Applying comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques to ensure the successful execution of projects

- Competitive base salary of $115,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience plus an annual bonus
