Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Manhattan, NY
The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily field operations for Active Hospital and Urgent Care renovations. This role requires coordinating trades, maintaining compliance, and project closeout.
Client Details
One of the largest NYC-Based General Contractors with a strong presence in Manhattan. They specialize in all areas of commercial construction, but recently began multiple high-profile Healthcare renovation projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Description
- Enforce site safety plans and compliance with OSHA.
- Coordinate trades, track manpower, and ensure correct materials are on-site.
- Maintain project schedules, review change orders, and assist in closeout.
- Conduct quality inspections, manage permits, and track non-compliance resolutions.
- Lead meetings and communicate effectively with project teams and specialty partners.
Profile
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage site logistics.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in overseeing trade-specific work.
- OSHA Certification
