Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects in Nashville, TN. This role assists with scheduling, budgeting, and document control while coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Description

• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination from preconstruction through closeout.
• Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
• Support quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and assist with client and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain organized project documentation and assist with closeout procedures.

Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the complexities of multifamily construction. They communicate effectively, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams. Familiarity with multifamily construction processes and software like Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
