Project Manager - Commercial

The Project Manager will spearhead all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong understanding of the business services sector and have a proven track record in managing construction projects.

Description

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and oversee the construction process from conception to completion
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and building regulations
  • Prepare and present project progress reports
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices

Profile

A successful 'Project Manager' should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • Experience in managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets and project schedules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
