- Manage and oversee the legal billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient billing processes to optimize workflow and minimize errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and legal departments, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed billing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure best practices and high performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and legal billing requirements to maintain compliance.
- Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within the legal department.
Profile
