The Assistant Project Manager - Education/Federal - DC Metro Area will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives and schedules.
- Tracking budgets, schedules, and project documentation to ensure milestones are met and reported accurately.
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Supporting the preparation and review of contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure specifications are followed.
- Utilizing construction management tools like Procore, PlanGrid, and Sage 300 Timberline to maintain project organization
- and communication.
- Providing regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolutions.
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements and project planning strategies
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Education/Federal - DC Metro Area will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven success in ground-up construction projects of $20M or more.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with industry software.
- Passionate about delivering excellence.
- Knowledgeable about local codes and regulations.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, making you a great fit for an ambitious and innovative team
Job Offer
The Assistant Project Manager - Education/Federal - DC Metro Area will receive:
- Salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000, plus a potential bonus of up to 10%.
- 20 days of paid time off along with sick leave.
- Full health insurance coverage paid by the company for employees.
- One remote workday per week available after the initial 90 days.
