Development Project Manager
The Development Project Manager will oversee property development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles within the property industry.

Description
- Manage property development projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any variances promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Handle risk management and mitigate any potential project delays or issues.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure project satisfaction.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services needed for project completion.

Profile
A successful Development Project Manager should have:
- Robust underwriting expeirnece, having seen projects from start to finish.
- Must have had exposure to LIHTC or Section 8 projects, ideally tenant in place
- A proven track record in project management within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and property development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
