Superintendent- Tilt Wall Construction
A leading general contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Tilt Wall Superintendent to lead the field operations for large-scale commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tilt wall construction and will be responsible for managing all on-site activities from ground break to project delivery.

Description
Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure all tilt wall construction activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to ensure seamless workflow
Interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications related to tilt wall systems
Manage quality control, enforce site safety regulations, and lead regular safety meetings
Proactively solve field issues and ensure compliance with all local and state building codes
Maintain detailed field documentation and report progress to senior leadership
Profile
Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience with a strong emphasis on tilt wall construction
Proven track record of delivering tilt wall or large concrete panel projects on schedule
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct diverse crews
Knowledgeable in reading blueprints, field engineering, and construction safety standards
Comfortable using construction management software for daily reporting and documentation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus given the Miami-area labor force
