Description

• Manage daily site operations and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain quality control on all aspects of construction.
• Monitor safety standards and enforce compliance on-site.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and architects to resolve challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Profile

• Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent in high-end residential renovations and ground-up construction.
• Project Background:
  • Primary: High-end custom home renovations.
  • Secondary: Ground-up residential construction.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and Procore proficiency.
• Personality: Organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.
• Location: Must be able to commute to Hopkinton and Boston for current and future projects.

Job Offer

• Salary: Up to $110K.
