Senior Project Manager - Light Industrial

- Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Develop strategic project plans and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards
- Negotiate contracts and manage change orders effectively
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Advanced knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and financial management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
