Head of Risk Management
Join the leadership team of a growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for development and execution of the risk management framework and creating policies and operating procedures.

Description
- Develop ORM and ERM Programs for the firm
- Partner with the business to instill risk culture and awareness
- Define risk appetite
- Develop risk and control frameworks
- Lead risk event management program
- Provide comprehensive risk management planning to include processes in BCP, RCSA
- Create risk and control self assessments
- Provide management reporting and develop systems to measure risk metrics
Profile
- College degree
- Risk Management certifications preferred
- Previous risk and control and operational risk experience
- Strong US Regulatory knowledge with experience liaising with state and federal regulators
