Maintenance Manager

As Maintenenance Supervisor, you will direct actions to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the department and the plant.

Description

• Lead/ facilitate Maintenance meeting
• Lead Daily Board Review
• Participate in Weekly Staff meeting
• Drive actions to improve Lean, TPM and 5S culture in the department
• Monitor WIP, SPI and Raw Material (Continuous) Spare Parts
• Establish schedules (as required), monitor shortfalls, and establish RTG actions
• Review Supervisors standard work
• Coordinate with all departments to facilitate thru-put
• Approve requisitions
• Manage departments budgets
• Maintain visual control over CI Boards
• Oversee/ Improve Preventative Maintenance and Calibration programs
• Oversight of all Purchasing activities
• Responsible for Stockroom personnel, Maintenance/ Purchasing Coordinators

Profile

• A minimum of five (5) years' experience working with electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance
• Previous project management a plus
• AutoCad/ Solid Works
• Environmental reporting

Job Offer

• Annual Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
