Maintenance Manager
As Maintenenance Supervisor, you will direct actions to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the department and the plant.
Client Details
Our Client is a global advanced textiles and materials processing company.
Description
- Lead/ facilitate Maintenance meeting
- Lead Daily Board Review
- Participate in Weekly Staff meeting
- Drive actions to improve Lean, TPM and 5S culture in the department
- Monitor WIP, SPI and Raw Material (Continuous) Spare Parts
- Establish schedules (as required), monitor shortfalls, and establish RTG actions
- Review Supervisors standard work
- Coordinate with all departments to facilitate thru-put
- Approve requisitions
- Manage departments budgets
- Maintain visual control over CI Boards
- Oversee/ Improve Preventative Maintenance and Calibration programs
- Oversight of all Purchasing activities
- Responsible for Stockroom personnel, Maintenance/ Purchasing Coordinators
Profile
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience working with electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance
- Previous project management a plus
- AutoCad/ Solid Works
- Environmental reporting
Job Offer
- Annual Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
