My client is a global manufacturer specializing in advanced-performance materials for a variety of applications, including coatings, adhesives, and 3D printing. The organization focuses on innovation, product development, and delivering high-performance solutions to a diverse, international customer base.
Description
In this role you will report directly into the Engineering Manager and have the opportunity to:
- Developing staged project deliverables, including scope, process flow, and feasibility analyses
- Executing project designs with detailed diagrams, specifications, and installation oversight
- Planning and managing capital resources, project costs, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Promoting strong stakeholder communication through design reviews, business cases, and project updates
- Maintaining technical knowledge and promoting innovation in project execution and facility improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or related
- 7+ years of project leadership experience
- Ability to lead and mentor
- Hands-on engineering skills
- Compliance project experience a plus
- Pumps, piping, etc. experience a plus
