Description

You Will:

• Serve as the lead liaison between the company and customers, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align internal efforts with customer expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new markets.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure consistent value delivery.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, account reviews, and market analysis to executive leadership
• Utilize spreadhseets and CRM system to document and communicate sales metrics

• Manage 10+ million in annual business

Profile

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, business development, or technical sales, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and work effectively across departments.
• Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and technical product knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time in south shore Massachusetts office

Job Offer

Offer:

- $100,000 - 140,000 base salary, performance based variable comp incentives
