Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - St. Louis
Opportunity for a construction Project Manager to join a well-established and reputable general contractor. Opportunities for leadership roles while overseeing on-site teams of project operations to ensure success and completion. Collaborate with inside design, architects, and senior project manager.

Description
- Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
- Assist in potential business development meetings
- Organize/ assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships
- Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
- Perform estimates
- Prepare budgets and schedules
- Proactively drive solutions
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
- Travel is minimal (few days each month)

Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or construction related degree preferred
- 5-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
- Experience in ground up and/or renovation multifamily projects is preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- Prior experience leading construction projects from start to finish
- Estimating experience is a plus

Job Offer
- Base salary $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
- Bonus earning potential
